An order is considered accepted only after payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. Once accepted, cancellation requests may not be guaranteed.

All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise and exclude delivery charges and applicable taxes.
We accept approved payment methods including mobile money, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where applicable). You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return and Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility, timelines, and conditions. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
SECTION 7 – WARRANTIES & SERVICES
Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are void if damage results from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
Calibration, repair, and maintenance services are provided under agreed service terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. While Shopify provides the platform, all sales are made directly between you and Smart Weighing Scales Kampala.
