Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be resalable

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or specially calibrated weighing equipment

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Software or accessories that have been unsealed

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation after delivery

  • Photos or video evidence (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10–15 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
